When we were in St Davids we stayed in a lovely hotel called The Grove. The entire staff were so very friendly and helpful
Yup! That's the bar- every place should have the registration at the bar!
Sharon found a cute red hat to go with her Blog - Where in the World is Sharon Daugherty. That shop takes us back to Llangollen.
Now today we went on a steam engine train trip along the river from Llangollen to Carrog. A 45 minute trip along the Dee River.
We were ready to leave the train station and there getting ready to board the train were 45 preschoolers. They were adorable but thought we talked funny!
After our trip on the train we drove out to the Pontcysylite World Heritage Site. This is the site of the tallest canal boat crossing built by Thomas Telford in 1805.

People live along the canal. Some of the house boats were really nice. Because the canal is narrow the boats are long and narrow.
After church we found a little restaurant ate and drank and returned to the B&B.
Now I'm going to soak in an Epsom bath. This tourist routine is hard on an old lady.
